IKEA is a very nice place to work at and the work environment is very pleasant.
What I wish was different
That the restaurant cashier had been scheduled by Restaurant managers as opposed to customer service.
Advice
It’s a learning environment at IKEA and you are meatto grow while on the job so you don’t necessarily need to be an expert when first hired.
