It provided excellent patient care expierences and enhanced my clinical skills for nursing. It was very rewarding to care for those who could no longer care for themselves. It had a flexible work schedule that allowed me to work other jobs.
What I wish was different
I wish there had been more consistent staffing. They were short staffed often.
Advice
I would recommend working on time management during training because it is one of the biggest constraints of the job.
